Kick-Off & Discovery

Schematic Design
Big ideas take shape as we translate insights into initial concepts, layouts, and overall design direction. This is where vision meets possibility through creative exploration.

Design Development
Concepts are refined into detailed selections, materials, and systems that align with both aesthetic and performance goals. Every element is carefully considered to ensure cohesion and feasibility.

Construction Documentation
We prepare comprehensive drawings and specifications that clearly communicate the design intent for accurate pricing and execution. Coordination services ensure all project partners are aligned before construction begins.

Design Administration
During construction, we remain actively involved—reviewing progress, answering questions, and helping resolve challenges to maintain design integrity from start to finish.

FF&E (Furnishings)
We curate and select Furnishings that align the design vision while meeting functional and budgetary requirements. Our in-house Procurement team manages the entire purchasing, logistics and installation process.

FF&E Installation
The final layer comes together through coordinated installation, followed by a detailed review to address any final adjustments—ensuring every detail is complete and ready for occupancy.
